You'll : Champion best-in-class event planning and deliveryMentor and develop your team through coaching, training, and performance supportDrive cross-department collaboration and ensure aligned execution of Convention activities across the broader venue portfolioBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholdersMonitor financials, audits, and post-event analysis to drive continuous improvementCollaborate with the Manager, Event Planning for Live Experiences to ensure consistency and excellence across all event streamsLead strategic projects and new business initiatives with high-quality project managementHe korero mou : About YouYou're a Confident People Leader With a Passion For Events And a Track Record Of Delivering Outstanding Results.
