Training, certifications)Provide expert guidance to clusters on SAP licensing strategyPlan initiatives across SAP landscape with TCO viewManage SAP IT budgets aligned to business cyclesPrepare structured updates for executive leadershipDocument compliance controls and audit trail for SAP changesLead workshops to align planning with strategic goalsMonitor KPIs and create dashboards for CoE effectivenessRequirementsDegree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related fieldAt least 6 years of relevant experience in SAP capabilitiesStrong leadership and analytical skills, with the ability to work independentlyConfidence to engage effectively with senior management and leadership, as well as internal and external stakeholdersExcellent communication, problem-solving, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical subjects into clear and concise communications for a variety of key stakeholders at different levels
