• We are seeking a Senior Brand Creative to join our Brand & Content, Content Creation team—Haier's internal brand agency. In this pivotal role, you'll shape and strengthen Haier's brand presence in Australasia through exceptional product narratives and innovative creative solutions.Your primary focus will be on maintaining product consistency and crafting high-quality product assets. You will conceptualize and create compelling content to support both new product introductions (NPI) and existing products, ensuring all outputs align with our brand standards.To excel in this role, you will need a strong command of the English language, particularly with colloquial nuances, and be adept in art direction, project management, and stakeholder communications.
• Key responsibilities of the role include
• As a Senior Brand Creative, you will be instrumental in developing brand-aligned solutions that leverage your understanding of brand architecture. You'll create and implement systems and guidelines that standardize content creation across our organization, ensuring consistency and quality.In this role, you'll also manage and oversee projects to ensure they are delivered on time and effectively. Your creative talent will shine as you craft compelling designs for campaigns, videos, product launches, and marketing collateral. You'll be adept at translating technical concepts into clear, consumer-friendly content and adapting global content to align with our brand standards.Leadership is a key component of this role. You'll mentor and guide designers within the wider team, helping to enhance their skills and capabilities. Collaboration is essential, as you'll work with diverse stakeholders to develop and manage integrated strategies. You'll also play a pivotal role in promoting and aligning our company values, fostering a positive team culture.
• What we’re looking for
• Qualifications :
• Tertiary qualification in Graphic / Visual Design or related field.
• Experience :
• Demonstrable experience working autonomously in an in-house environment at a senior level, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
• Technical Skills :
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects and Premiere preferred), Figma.
• Leadership & Management :
• Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to lead and organize teams.
• Communication & Creativity :
• Strong command of the English language and ability to effectively communicate and sell ideas.
• Brand Understanding :
• In-house environment experience with an appreciation for defined brand guidelines and the evolution of a brand over time.
