Limited is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations at our office.The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth office functionality, supporting staff, and contributing to business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage office administration, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.Allocate work to the team members according to the deadlines and submissionsCoordinate staff activities, including rostering and performance monitoring.Oversee payroll, invoicing, and financial reporting for office operations.Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.Maintaining and managing client's records and file management,Ensure office equipment's are updated (software & hardware) and office supplies are maintained.Provide support to the management team with strategic planning and reporting.Ensure office is compliance with health and safety regulations.Ensure work complies with relevant government legislation, polices and procedure.Qualifications and Experience :
Minimum of 3 years' experience in an office management or administrative role or Diploma level qualification.Right to work in New Zealand (New Zealand citizens, residents, or current work visa holders).How to Apply :
