About the roleWe are seeking a Restaurant Manager who will report to our Food & Beverage Manager.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all Restaurant operations run efficiently.Key responsibilitiesManage the daily operation and help deliver the best guest experienceLead and mentor the Restaurant team and actively cultivate a collaborative culture based on mutual respect and trustReview, implement and maintain operational standards, ensuring efficient deliveryResponsible for Restaurant financial management including budgeting, ordering and stock take with accuracy and efficiencyRosters, daily briefings, onboarding, recruitment, performance reviewsDaily interdepartmental communication to ensure smooth operationsAbout youThis is a key position and you will need to have strong focus on excellence, plenty of enthusiasm and a flexible approach.
You must be self motivated, a team player and able to work well in a high pressure environment.
In addition, the successful candidate will have : Previous management level F&B experience in a fine dining environmentMinimum of 3 years experienceRelevant Hospitality Management qualification (certificate, diploma or degree)A commitment to high quality restaurant service deliveryProven experience to drive a team and foster team workAdministrative management experience and sound financial acumenAttention to detail and exceptional organisational skillsExperience training staff in fine diningA high degree of professionalismAnd a winning personality!
