## Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About this roleWe are looking for a Domain Specialist (Level 2), to join our CCS-PD&D Support Office Team, which provides delivery planning, advice and quality assurance of CCS-PDD initiatives and Releases, across all phases from Discovery to Early Life Support.

- The ideal candidate would have strong advisory, co-ordination and problem-solving skills. They will have experience working with leaders across the organisation and display sound change management and influencing capability.Working closely with Change Analysts and other key people across the organisation, you will lead and encourage collaboration, ensure consistency of advice and delivery of our change programme.
- In this role you will :
- actively understand, advise on and represent the change priorities of the Customer Compliance Services (CCS) business group
- work directly with the Initiative Leads to ensure change initiatives are fully led and supported from discovery through to implementation
- support quarterly benefit and performance reporting requirements with CCS to evaluate progress against change outcomes
- ensure that all change activities are planned and delivered in a timely fashion
- ensure that all key stakeholders are kept fully engaged and up to date
- provide support and guidance across multiple change initiatives
- uplift capability of the team through sharing knowledge and experience
- act as an escalation point to resolve complex issues and manage any risks.

The changes these teams will be collectively managing may come from policy, legislative (including remedial), technical advice, or procedural adjustments or via updates to functionality by our external suppliers and partners.
