Komatsu New Zealand is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team.Roster : Monday to FridayRole Located : Christchurch - BranchAbout The RoleAs a Parts Interpreter, you'll play a key role in supporting our customers and service teams by : Interpreting, processing, and expediting service parts requests via phone, email, counter, and other electronic platforms.Managing incoming / outgoing stock requirements, including branch transfers and workshop orders.Supporting service workshops with timely parts supply for jobs.Following up on open quotes, engaging customers proactively to promote and sell parts.Ensuring every customer interaction is an opportunity to build trust and drive sales.
