We are looking for an experienced organisational design practitioner to join our Organisational Design team for a 12-month fixed term.
You will actively engage with the business to provide advice and support to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality organisational change initiatives across the Ministry.
From time to time, you will also be required to lead on organisation design processes.

Utu a-tau / Salary
The appointing salary for this role will be between $98,208 and $135,539 based on skills and experience.
