Bar Manager
We are looking for a Bar Manager that will ensure the smooth, efficient & profitable operation of the bar and be motivated to grow beverage sales.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth, efficient and profitable operation of the bar.
- Follow in‑house procedures such as opening, closing, cash up and stock control.
- Provide professional beverage service and cocktail mixology in line with company recipes.
- Assist with roster requirements and conduct regular beverage training sessions for new and existing staff.
- Assist with developing and making changes to beverage menus and marketing monthly promotions.
- Update supplier and stock lists.
- Ensure cleanliness of the bar and report and oversee repairs and maintenance to bar, plant & equipment as required.
- Work closely with Restaurant Managers, Directors and General Manager to train and inspire our team of local and international staff.
- Ensure company policies are carried out including enforcement of liquor licensing and host responsibility requirements.

At least three years experience in a similar role.Excellent knowledge of professional bar management and beverage service.Strong organisational and communication skills.Willingness to learn and adhere to company policies and industry standards.Ability to work nights and weekends.Compensation & Benefits
This is a permanent full‑time role - minimum 30 hours per week 5 days per week and includes nights and weekends.
Hourly rate is $30 to $35 per hour based on experience. Other benefits include tips and staff meals.
