This is an opportunity for an experienced engineer to contribute to infrastructure and development projects across Aotearoa New Zealand, guided by the principles of Te Mana o te Wai.ResponsibilitiesContribute to the improved understanding and management of stormwater in Aotearoa New Zealand through collaboration with clients, communities, and internal teams.Support projects related to resilience, adaptation, and climate change response.Take a hands-on technical role in the delivery of stormwater strategy, planning, and design—from catchment management to water-sensitive urban design (WSUD).
Contribute to the delivery of innovative stormwater infrastructure, including nature-based solutions.Work alongside a wide range of stakeholders including mana whenua, clients, planners, engineers, and scientists.Support the development of junior staff through mentoring and technical guidance.Engage with our national and global stormwater network to share knowledge and apply best practices.Continuously develop your own technical and professional capabilities.What You Will BringYou will have a solid foundation in stormwater engineering, with a proven track record delivering successful projects in a multidisciplinary environment.
You are organised, proactive, and thrive in a team setting.Ideally, You Will HaveA tertiary qualification in Civil or Environmental Engineering (or a related discipline).
