About the Role

We’re looking for two enthusiastic and dedicated Guest Service Agent’s to join our front desk team working 30+ hours per week.

Key Responsibilities :

• Welcome guests warmly and ensure smooth check-in / check-out processes
• Respond to guest enquiries with professionalism and care
• Handle phone calls and reservations with clear communication and attention to detail
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming front desk environment
• Assist with luggage handling and guest transport when required
