The position

Permanent, full time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday)

ECE qualified and registered Teacher with a current NZ provisional or full practising certificate

2 days working off the floor alongside and supporting the centre director with curriculum support and leadership duties and 3 days within a classroom

Providing a rich learning environment for tamariki by planning and implementing centre curriculum

Nurturing your team's potential through care, mentoring and empowerment

Flexible duties depending on the centre's needs including overseeing the centre when required

NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa is a pre-requisite

Leadership experience

Leadership experience is essential in this dual role.

You will have excellent customer service skills and be flexible and adaptable with a growth mindset.
