This is a pivotal role in our Corporate team, a role where we need someone to take on the leadership, coaching and mentoring of the team, ideally making this a future growth role for the successful applicant.

As part of our corporate team, you’ll not only drive new business and strengthen existing client relationships but also play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our team. This role is designed for someone ready to grow—both as a technical expert and as a leader. You’ll deliver expert broking support, collaborating with clients, underwriters, and partners, while gradually taking on greater leadership responsibilities. This role is designed to support your progression into a future manager position, giving you opportunities to develop your leadership skills, mentor colleagues, and play a key part in building a high‑performing, future‑focused team.

Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Identifying opportunities for growth both within your existing client base and new business
• Providing professional, accurate and efficient responses to client needs through liaison with external stakeholders
• Preparing proposals for new business opportunities and coordinating client renewals and preparing premium calculations

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

You’ll be a natural communicator who understands how to tailor to the situation, whether it be face to face, over the phone or through written correspondence. Ideally you will come from a similar background from within the industry and looking to be exposed to a wider range of offerings.
