They're now looking to bring in an experienced Manager to help support continued growth and team development, offering the kind of long-term opportunity many experienced accountants are looking for.About the Role : You'll take ownership of a client portfolio and be responsible for reviewing compliance work, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior team members.

This is a hands-on role with a clear need for someone who enjoys both the technical side of BAS work and leading others.There's flexibility to shape the role depending on your background.

If you're a Senior Accountant with strong experience and ready to step up, they're open to supporting that progression.What You'll Bring : 5+ years of BAS experience in a NZ Public Practice firmCA qualified (or on track)Confident reviewing work and mentoring othersStrong compliance capability and a genuine interest in continuing in public practiceExcellent client relationship skillsFamiliarity with Xero and the Xero ecosystemWhat's in it for you?
