We are customer obsessed, an unbeatable team delivering unbeatable service, committed to providing New Zealand's best business offering.From software to space technology, heart surgery to professional advice; ASB Commercial Banking is a team passionate about being simple everyday and brilliant when it matters for our customers, by understanding their needs and matching them with appropriate products and services to help them accelerate their progress ensuring sustainable long-term client relationships.We have an opportunity available for an energetic and driven Commercial Associate to join a successful Commercial Banking team, based at our Regional Centre in either Tauranga or Hamilton.As a Commercial Associate, you will have the opportunity to : Maintain proactive customer contact through personalised and meaningful conversations, to drive best in class customer service and satisfy your customers' needs;Support your clients' transactional banking requirements and provide operational support to the Relationship Team;Partner with specialists across the bank, including Global Markets, Trade, Onboarding, Asset Finance etc, to provide tailored solutions to a diverse range of clients;Build your Commercial Banking expertise, assisting the Relationship Team by inputting financial statements for credit submissions and reviews;Develop your relationship management skills, with support of the team, by understanding and resolving customer queries and complaints with appropriate solutions in a timely manner.You will be supported by an experienced wider team and offered space to grow and learn.Nga mea kia whai angitu ahau?
