This includes listed companies, iwi, multinationals, start-ups, venture capital, private companies, and individuals.While the Corporate Team operates as a national practice, you will be primarily working with Keegan Toft, whose profile can be found HERE.As a Senior Associate, your responsibilities will be multifaceted.

Your work is likely to include mergers and acquisitions; domestic and international transactions; business and corporate advisory; capital markets; joint ventures.About youThe ideal lawyer will have 7+ years experience and lead work on files.
