Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of residential properties across Auckland with professionalism and care.Maintain excellent relationships with landlords and tenants through proactive communication and problem-solving.Ensure full compliance with the Residential Tenancis Act 1986 and other local regulations.Conduct property inspections, viewings, arrange maintenance, and handle tenancy agreements and relevant disputes.Drive business growth through new landlord acquisition and portfolio expansion.Deliver top-quality customer service with patience, empathy, and attention to detail.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above.Minimum 2 years’ property management experience within New Zealand.Strong knowledge of NZ Residential Tenancy Law and relevant regulationsFluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.Problem-solving ability, patience, and willingness to help others.NZ Full Driver’s Licence required.NZ Residennce visa or Citizen.#J-18808-Ljbffr
