What You'll Be Doing :

Managing a dynamic portfolio of residential properties across Auckland.

Being the go-to person for your landlords — with regular calls, updates, and proactive solutions.

Conducting inspections, organising maintenance, chasing arrears (zero tolerance), and ensuring Healthy Homes compliance.

Converting leads into new managements and helping grow the rent roll.

Selecting the

right tenants

first ones

Prepare tenancy agreements, select quality tenants, and handle all leasing documentation.

Conduct inspections, manage maintenance, and ensure Healthy Homes compliance.

Review rental rates, keep your portfolio running smoothly, and handle all property-related correspondence.

What You'll Bring to the Role :

Strong time management and organisation skills — you know how to prioritise

Confidence in communication, both written and verbal

A natural ability to build rapport and trust with landlords, investors and tenants

Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency

A customer service mindset — always aiming for quality outcomes

Willingness to learn the ins and outs of the Residential Tenancies Act, Fair Trading Act, and your local area

Previous experience in property management is great — but not essential if you've worked in fast-paced, relationship-heavy roles, we want to hear from you.
