Product Owner

Overview

Our client is on a mission to revolutionise their client experience and is looking for a Product Owner to be at the forefront of their digital transformation. This person will ensure client-facing tools are not only user-friendly and up-to-date, but also strategically aligned with their vision for exceptional client service. You will work within an agile framework, translating client journey insights into actionable product features. Your contribution will be essential in crafting seamless experiences that elevate client satisfaction and engagement.

Core Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for assigned client-facing digital tools, ensuring alignment with the overall client experience strategy, business goals, and compliance requirements.
• Translate client journey maps and feature requirements into actionable product roadmaps, epics, and user stories that guide development teams.
• Accountable for acceptance criteria for product features and rigorous user acceptance testing (UAT) processes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Continually refine and prioritise the product backlog, making trade-off decisions to maximize business value delivered, while ensuring technical feasibility.
• Lead stakeholder management, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery that meets the needs of clients and the business.
• Engage in change management and support business communication initiatives to facilitate adoption of new features and enhance overall client experience.
