Overview

Are you a self-motivated, detail-driven professional with a knack for building strong relationships and keeping operations running smoothly? We’re looking for a Business Support Coordinator to join our collaborative team and play a vital role in the financial and operational success of our business.

About the Role :

As our new Business Support Coordinator, you’ll be the bridge between our operations team and our finance function, ensuring the accurate and timely triaging of vendor and supplier invoices. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same — agility, ownership, and precision are key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare vendor and supplier invoices for processing by Accounts Payable
  • Generate customer invoices for processing by Accounts Receivable
  • Serve as the customer-facing contact for AP-related operations
  • Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accurate and timely payments
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the Operations, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable teams

What We’re Looking For

  • A proactive self-starter who takes ownership with minimal supervision
  • Highly organised with sharp attention to detail and accuracy
  • An effective communicator who builds strong internal and external relationships
  • Experience working in Accounts Payable / Receivable functions
  • Tech-savvy with strong administrative and systems skills
  • Skilled in time management and prioritisation in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in build and / or trade administration (highly regarded)
