Store Manager DutiesDaily Operations
- Open and close the store following SOPs
- Ensure all stations are clean, stocked, and ready for service
- Monitor product quality, freshness, and presentation
- Maintain store hygiene standards as per council regulations
- Oversee food safety compliance (temperatures, storage, labelling)
- Ensure correct cash handling, daily takings, and banking
- Manage staff breaks to ensure smooth service flow
Team Management
Lead staff briefing before shiftsTrain new staff on procedures, customer service, and food handlingMonitor staff performance and address issues promptlyCreate and adjust weekly rosterMaintain good communication with HQ and ownersCustomer Service

Conduct daily stock checks and weekly stock countsManage ordering and delivery checksReduce wastage and monitor usageEnsure proper FIFO (First In First Out) systemCompliance & Safety
Maintain all council, health & safety, and food-grade requirementsEnsure staff follow hygiene protocols (handwashing, gloves, grooming)Keep incident reports and maintenance logs updatedAdditional : Must handle frying, Till and garnishing
