About the Role
The Store Manager will be responsible for supervising all store activities, ensuring compliance with licensing laws, maintaining stock levels, and leading a high-performing sales team. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for managing retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of liquor licensing regulations and age-verification responsibilities
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays when required
A positive attitude and focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences
Qualifications / Requirements
LCQ and Manager’s Certificate – Preferred
Relevant qualification or relevant experience
Legal right to work in New Zealand
Pay Rate - $30 to $ 35 Per hour and 30 hours per week
