You'll be working on a range of exciting, original titles alongside industry veterans in a fun and collaborative environment.What you'll be doingDesigning and implementing robust, scalable, and maintainable gameplay systems using UnityCollaborating closely with designers, artists, and other developers to deliver high-quality player experiencesApplying your practical experience across systems such as graphics, UI, animation, economy, sound, and networkingSupporting multiple shipped titles with ongoing feature development and optimisationsChampioning technical excellence and best practices while mentoring and inspiring junior developersHelping balance creative and technical decision-making to achieve the best outcomes for playersContributing to a dynamic and diverse team culture built on collaboration and positivityWhat we're looking for5+ years professional experience in mobile games developmentAt least 2 shipped titles on mobile platformsAdvanced Unity experience with a strong understanding of C# and Unity architectureSolid technical background across a range of systems and game featuresExcellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative teamA proactive, enthusiastic mindset with a passion for game development and problem solvingA team player with a drive to innovate and grow within a supportive studio environmentThis is a chance to join a developer on the rise with a strong pipeline of original titles and a collaborative, inclusive studio culture.
