We are seeking a Public Transport Planner / Scheduler to plan and design the public transport network across Canterbury. The role has a strategic focus, steering the future of our public transport network over the medium to long term.
About the Role
This role is responsible for designing and scheduling public transport routes and timetables, analysing network performance and recommending improvements, collaborating with internal teams, operators, and stakeholders, supporting technology integration and real-time information systems, and engaging with communities to ensure services meet their needs.

Hours of work : Permanent Full time, 40 hours per week. Location : Based at Environment Canterbury Offices – 200 Tuam Street, Christchurch. Salary : The indicative salary range for role is $74,306 to $91,790 per annum based on skills and experience.
