Nightfill Manager.

As part of the Leadership Team at Mitre 10 Mega Wanaka you will be responsible for retail stock replenishment and leading a team of people focused on delivering efficient and accurate stock fill, stock management and merchandising in order to enhance the customer experience.

You will collaborate with retail, stock and merchandising teams to understand daily priorities, plan resource and work with the team on executing while ensuring business standards remain at a high level.

Responsibilities

The role focuses on leading a team to ensure effective stock fill, stock management and merchandising aligned with business standards.

You will work with cross-functional teams to understand priorities and plan resources, then guide the team to execute tasks to meet customer expectations and company standards.

You will bring

An ability to engage and inspire a diverse team

Understanding of merchandising and stock processes

Excellent communication and relationship management skills

An understanding of health & safety principles

Ability to problem-solve and maintain a high work ethic

A drive to continually improve processes and develop your team

Good multi-tasking skills and ability to learn and teach others

Familiarity with computers and mobile devices

Desired Experience

Experience leading a team of 4 or more people

Forklift licence

Stock management and merchandising

This role is full-time Monday- Friday

• am-8pm, minimum 40 hours per week maximum 45 hours per week.
