This is a permanent full-time position responsible for leading the team in a variety of alpine weather conditions, ensuring our ability to make snow is maximised though the training and development of your team, as well as the maintenance and upkeep of our machinery.
We operate a TechnoAlpin equipment; with a combination of automated and manual guns - both fans and lances. You'll also be responsible to lead our snow grooming team, who predominately work at night, ensuring they are able to operate safely and effectively to prepare and maintain trails, roads, lift load / unload areas and terrain parks.
In the summer months you will project manage terrain developments, including contractor management, financial reporting and operational planning.
