Night Fill Manager- Mitre 10 Mega Wanaka

Overview

Wanaka Mitre 10 Mega - 100 Sir Tim Wallace Drive, Wanaka. Nightfill Manager. As part of the Leadership Team at Mitre 10 Mega Wanaka you will be responsible for retail stock replenishment and leading a team of people focused on delivering efficient and accurate stock fill, stock management and merchandising in order to enhance the customer experience. You will collaborate with retail, stock and merchandising teams to understand daily priorities, plan resource and work with the team on executing while ensuring business standards remain at a high level.

Responsibilities

The role focuses on leading a team to ensure effective stock fill, stock management and merchandising aligned with business standards. You will work with cross-functional teams to understand priorities and plan resources, then guide the team to execute tasks to meet customer expectations and company standards.
