Overview
I’m partnering with a respected building services contractor who has a significant project opportunity in the pipeline - and they’re after an experienced Passive Fire Manager to lead from the front.
You’ll oversee the full passive fire scope – from design review to installation, compliance, and sign-off. It’s a hands-on leadership role where you’ll make key decisions, coordinate across multiple trades, and ensure quality workmanship and safety standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Managing the delivery of passive fire and seismic systems across a large-scale build
- Reviewing designs, specifications, and compliance documentation
- Overseeing installation teams and subcontractors, ensuring correct detailing and QA
- Conducting site inspections, preparing reports, and maintaining fire-stopping records
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and main contractors to resolve technical challenges
- Driving a positive safety culture and mentoring site staff
