- About Property Rights
- The Property Rights scheme provides people with certainty regarding land ownership, guaranteeing what is owned, who owns it, where it is, ownership rights and how ownership can be transferred.
The Property Rights group within LINZ is an operational team of approximately 200 people who are responsible for approving survey plans and titles dealings which are submitted by surveyors and conveyancers via the Landonline system.In delivering this work, the Property Rights group is accountable to the Surveyor General and the Registrar General of Land for ensuring that transactions are approved according to regulations, rules and standards.
About you and your roleThe Business Specialist sits within the Enablement team in the Property Rights Group.The Enablement team supports the operations of Property Rights, in areas such as compliance, training and continuous improvement.Experience operating within enabling functions within an operational environment will be advantageous.
The role requires a proven track record working across teams to deliver on strategic and operational priorities.The Business Specialist - Enablement will be capable of analysing and prioritising opportunities for automation and process improvements and support the successful implementation of process changes within the delivery teams.The role will require skill in fostering positive working relationships to get things done.
Stakeholder engagement and management will be key to success.
