We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Income Portfolio within Service Delivery.
While the role will sit within the Income Portfolio the focus of the role will be with MSD – services for the future programme.
In this role, you will contribute to continuously improving our income support systems, making them easier to understand and navigate, while ensuring fair, consistent, accurate, and timely support is provided to New Zealanders.
The Income Portfolio involves a variety of dynamic work programmes, including cross-agency initiatives aimed at enhancing access to services, income, and overall wellbeing. We need someone who is energetic, confident, and driven to succeed, with a practical approach to identifying business needs and supporting broad-ranging work programmes.
You will be part of a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary, Agile product delivery team, working collaboratively with others from across the business. Your ability to think clearly, attend to details, and provide high-quality advice on complex business issues is essential to your success in this role.
