Role

As our Production Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of factory operations—from planning and performance to safety and quality.

You'll lead a skilled team, manage workflow, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.

You'll also play a key role in embedding lean manufacturing, standardizing processes, and introducing modern construction practices to keep us at the forefront of innovation.

You'll be responsible for the safe, efficient, and high-quality operation of our Wiri production facility.

Key areas include :

Lead, coach, and manage daily production activities at Wiri

Implement and embed a Standard Operating Model across sites

Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives

Manage production planning, capacity, and workflow for high-quality outcomes

Champion Health & Safety and quality assurance standards

Partner with Design, Project Management, and Procurement teams

What We're Looking For

You are a results-driven leader with a passion for operational excellence and innovation in manufacturing.

You'll bring :

5+ years in a senior production, manufacturing, or operations leadership role within construction / building

Experience from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction company highly regarded

Strong knowledge of modern construction and manufacturing methods

Proven success driving efficiency and innovation

A collaborative leadership style with strong communication and planning skills

Relevant tertiary qualifications (preferred, not essential)
