We're seeking a Sales Executive to join our passionate and achievement-focused Field Sales team on a permanent basis, covering Christchurch & surrounding areas.Our Sales Executives develop strong relationships with both new and existing customers across their territory.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, we're looking for a self-starter who enjoys autonomy, understands the importance of relationship-building, and possesses strong organisation and prioritisation skills.A day in the life of a Lion Sales Executive includes : Working with established Grocery, On Premise & Traditional liquor customers, creating innovative strategies from account planning to promotional execution to increase brand presence.Traveling to customer venues to engage, understand their needs, and provide tailored support.Acting as a brand and company advocate, delivering growth through effective brand execution.Collaborating with the wider Sales and Marketing Team.Identifying potential growth and development opportunities within current and new customers.Key qualities for success include : Strong customer relationship development skills.Excellent organisation and planning abilities.Ability to quickly adapt to systems and processes.A hunger to succeed and a thirst for learning.Flexibility to respond to change.A growth mindset and creative problem-solving skills.Commercial and business acumen.If you are a problem solver, an effective planner, and enjoy working with people to achieve the best outcomes, we want to hear from you.Our Sales team is dedicated to making our brands central to every adult social occasion.
