We are looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions.

The role involves aligning business needs with technical requirements, ensuring scalability and performance, and leading projects with strategic insight and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Lead solution design for ServiceNow implementations, understanding client organization, architecture, and goals.

Collaborate with clients and colleagues to define, design, and implement solutions that meet business requirements and align with future plans.

Create system design and technical documentation.

Provide technical leadership in platform architecture, guiding teams and clients.

Configure and enhance ServiceNow using scripts and platform features.

Troubleshoot technical issues deeply and resolve them efficiently.

Lead testing phases, ensuring best practices.

Educate and coach team members and users on ServiceNow functionalities.

Ensure compliance with policies and industry standards.

Manage upwards effectively with program leads and executives.

Contribute to business development through proposals, presales, and demonstrations.

This role is based in Wellington.

Skills and Attributes

Extensive industry experience and technical leadership, including managing large teams.

Proven ability to map solutions to client business issues.

Significant ServiceNow development and implementation experience.

Knowledge of IT solution and enterprise architecture.

Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, and related technologies.

Understanding of ITIL processes.

Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable.

Experience in strategy, business development, finance, and budgeting is a plus.

Experience with the ServiceNow Protected Platform is desirable.
