About the role :

Reporting to our experienced System Development Manager, we have a rare opportunity to join the Digital / IT team as an IT Professional with Oracle Systems Experience.

You will be working across a wide range of IT projects, and this role will give you exposure at the highest level of this dynamic and growing group, where your expertise, guidance, and decision-making will be a critical part of our continued success.

You will be a pragmatic and confident IT professional who is solutions-focused and not afraid to challenge the status quo - keen to build on your experience and develop a reputation for providing timely, credible, and expert advice on a wide range of IT issues across the group.

This is a permanent full-time position, based onsite at our Christchurch head office in Hornby.

Ideal applicants will possess :

Proven years of successful Oracle development experience

Proven integration expertise across Oracle systems, databases and Interfaces

Well-developed technical acumen together with excellent problem-solving skills

The ability to deliver expert and confident IT advice with sound judgment and assertiveness

The ability to take initiative and deal with a fast-changing environment

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
