Senior Delivery Lead – Financial Markets Authority – Te Mana Tatai Hokohoko
Join us as a Senior Delivery Lead within our Operational Excellence & Enablement group, responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and delivery of complex initiatives across digital, data, finance, and people domains.
You'll work closely with regulatory and enforcement functions to embed modern delivery practices and uplift capability within the FMA.

Responsibilities
Leading strategic planning and execution of high-impact initiatives across all Operational Excellence and Enablement digital, data, finance, and people domains, embedding them into business groups and maturing Ways of Working.
Leading the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-fasceted digital programmes, ensuring solutions enhance regulatory effectiveness, improve internal efficiencies, and make it easier for industry stakeholders to engage with the FMA.
Building internal capability in product management and digital delivery, equipping teams with the skills, processes, and mindsets required for success.
Driving strong cross-functional collaboration amongst Digital and Data teams to ensure seamless integration and high-quality delivery.
Qualifications
Extensive experience driving strategic digital change, delivery and operations.
Strong track record in agile methodologies; confident navigating ambiguity, managing risk, and influencing senior stakeholders.
Comfortable working across the organisation, translating business needs into scalable solutions, and coaching teams to adopt new ways of working.
Experience within financial services or a regulatory environment is desirable.
Proficiency with tools such as Azure DevOps for delivery pipeline management.
Degree in IT, science or a related field and relevant certification in Agile, Scrum or PMP.
