Short Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Portfolio Anchor to lead and manage IT service delivery for our clients in New Zealand. This role demands strong client engagement, delivery oversight, and strategic portfolio management to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for Telco clients in New Zealand.

Oversee end-to-end delivery of IT services across multiple engagements.

Work with internal stakeholders to identify growth opportunities within the portfolio.

Conduct regular governance meetings with clients and internal teams.
