Based in Wellington market site in Granada North.

This is an interactive sales role on the market floor, selling directly to customers across all fruit and vegetable categories.About UsFor over 125 years, T&G Fresh has nourished generations of Kiwis with fresh fruit and vegetables.

We grow, pack, market, sell, distribute, import and export fresh produce from our own orchards and farms, as well as from over 700 Kiwi growers.

We are a large, global organisation with loads of career development opportunities.ResponsibilitiesDrive sales and service to grow market share and margin performanceBuild quality relationships with key customers and suppliersImplement product promotional programmesUtilise market insights to identify new business opportunitiesNote : Due to the nature of the industry, early starts (5am / 6am) are required; afternoons are subsequently available.About YouThis role is ideal for moving into sales from retail, customer service or logistics.

Training and support will be provided to grow your sales capability.

Prior sales experience and knowledge of fresh produce or the FMCG sector are a bonus.You have exceptional communication and people skills, a positive, proactive attitude, and strong time management and prioritisation abilities.
