Healthcare Informatics Solutions Lead
Job Description
Drives the overall strategic direction and growth of private and public health informatics accounts across NZ, developing and implementing high-impact strategies that align with company objectives and maximize long-term revenue.
Cultivates and maintains executive-level relationships within private and public health informatics accounts across NZ, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to drive mutual business success and innovation.
Reports to the ANZ Enterprise Informatics business leader.
Works under limited supervision and contributes to the development, modification, and execution of organizational policies impacting immediate operations of a business, region, or function, potentially organization-wide.
Spearheads the execution of large-scale, complex projects for private and public health informatics accounts across NZ, ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and comply with industry regulations, fostering a culture of impact with care.
Contributes to sales and distribution strategies for the market segment, including tailored value propositions and project definitions for diverse actions.
Conducts market analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities for expanding market share and enhancing the company's value proposition within NZ's health informatics sector, with regular updates to CRM data.
Develops and implements account management plans focused on growth, retention, and customer satisfaction, aligned with broader business goals.
Negotiates high-value contracts with key accounts, leveraging industry knowledge and financial skills to secure favorable terms and profitability.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions, coordinating efforts across sales, marketing, product development, and customer delivery.
Provides strategic insights to senior leadership based on account performance, market trends, and competition.
Promotes a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and professional development at all levels.
Represents the company at industry events and client meetings, showcasing expertise to strengthen relationships and attract new business.
Skills and Experience
Required :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
Minimum 3 years (Master's) or 5 years (Bachelor's) experience in Account Management, Client Relationship Management, or similar roles.
Experience in Cardiology and / or Radiology Informatics is highly desirable.
Experience in complex C-Suite engagement, enterprise public sector engagement, ICT sales, and healthcare informatics.
Proven success in sales targets, especially in medical devices or healthcare IT markets.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute long-term plans.
Self-starter with ownership and accountability.
Deep understanding of the healthcare market and ability to work independently.
Effective team collaborator in a sales environment.
