IPH Limited is looking for a hands-on Junior IP Systems Analyst to become part of our dynamic, centralised IT team, supporting multiple sites across Australia and New Zealand.
This role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Wellington or Auckland.As our Junior IP Systems Analyst, you will be willing to learn and assist in system configuration management and business rules within core Intellectual Property (IP) systems.You'll take on a variety of impactful responsibilities, including helping with IP systems configuration, business rule changes, analysing and designing business processes, and template configuration and changes.
All tasks are assigned at a group level, giving you the opportunity to contribute across the broader member firms in the region.Responsibilities include : OperationalAnalyse, improve and standardise the business processes across the groupLearn to Design, standardise and implement IP rules and configuration changes across the groupImprove workflow in the IP systems through different means such as automationEnsure all templates are up to date and standardised across the group where possibleProvide basic systems training for IP Management and Document ManagementSupport day to day issues with IP Management systemsDocument changes and follow the change control process strictlyDocument all rules and configuration of the core IP systemsProtect data integrity within the core IP systemsAssist in setting up or configuring IP systems based on specific clients' requirementsAdhere to change control procedures in a strict mannerProjects & ChangeParticipate in the evaluation of IP systems when requiredWork collaboratively with other IT team members to analyse impact of IP systems changesAddress and fix issues identified in projects during testing phaseAttend defect triage meetingsAbout you : Tertiary or professional qualification would be advantageous (preferably in information technology and management)Interest in IP Management systems or business processesExposure to VBA and / or SQL would be advantageousCredible with strong communication and inter personal skillsInfluencing skills coupled with ability to manage relationships and stakeholders at all levelsDemonstrated a focus on quality documentation and continuous improvementProven track record of excellent customer serviceDemonstrated collaborative working style, with good interpersonal and excellent communication skills, both written and verbalDemonstrated initiative and good judgment along with excellent time management abilitiesExcellent problem troubleshooting and solving abilityAbout us : IPH Limited is the holding company for intellectual property ("IP") and associated companies offering a wide range of IP services and products.
