You will be responsible for setting the vision, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the team delivers innovative, high-quality environmental solutions that align with BTW's values and business objectives.Your leadership will ensure the Environment Team provides expert advice and solutions for projects that matter - helping clients achieve their goals while upholding BTW's values and commitment to kaitiakitanga.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership and management for the Environmental Science Team, ensuring alignment with BTW's vision, values, and strategic plan.Oversee team performance, capability development, and succession planning, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Lead the development and implementation of business plans, budgets, and resource strategies to support sustainable growth and operational excellence.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders, representing BTW at a senior level.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, supporting the company's growth and diversification objectives.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science or a closely related field (required)Current Certified Environmental Practitioner (CEnvP) certification (preferred)Minimum 10 years' experience in environmental consulting, with proven experience in senior leadership rolesDemonstrated experience in strategic planning, team leadership, and business developmentStrong financial and contract management skills, with the ability to identify risks and implement effective solutionsAbout usWhy Join Us?
