Monica's is a busy day time cafe that enjoys a sunny architecturally designed space along with a creative menu supporting local growers and small businesses alike.The RoleWe're seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our team at Monica's Eatery.

In this role, you'll inspire and guide a dedicated crew, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience.

You'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, upholding the highest standards of service, and fostering a culture of growth and excellence in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.A Day in the Life : Lead the day-to-day operations of our busy café, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.Motivate and inspire your team, driving performance through leading by example.Develop staff and ensure they deliver exceptional guest engagement and product knowledge.Manage stock, including purchasing, pricing, and inventory control.Maintain financial and transactional records to ensure the venue runs efficiently.Ensure compliance with all safety and company policies as well as liquor license regulations.Collaborate with the Head Chef to help create menus that wow our guests.Hire, train, and manage Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams.Engage with guests, gathering feedback to continuously improve the dining experience.What We're Looking ForAt least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role (preferred).
