Our Auckland Sales Team is on the lookout for a driven and experienced Sales Superstar to help grow our Asian customer base across all categories and services.
This exciting role offers the opportunity to both cultivate existing relationships and identify new business opportunities within the New Zealand Ethnic Wholesale landscape, supporting our ambition to position Service Foods as the most well-placed business in the market.
You'll foster strong, profitable relationships with our dedicated Asian client base, ensuring their needs are met and their businesses continue to grow with us.
As a customer champion, you'll be tasked with understanding the unique needs and preferences of Asian customers and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
Your efforts will directly contribute to revenue growth and long-term client success.
What You'll Be Doing
A dynamic blend of business development and account management
Prospecting for new business across the Auckland region, leveraging your network to target a wide variety of ethnic clients
Managing and growing a portfolio of warm accounts with an active call cycle to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate product forecasting and alignment with customer and supplier needs
Skills & Experience Required
Proven ability to build rapport and long-lasting customer relationships
Confident communicator fluent in English and Cantonese / Mandarin
Relevant trade or hospitality experience
Strong problem-solving and solutions-focused approach
Experience in lead generation and business development with a strong network of contacts
Solid analytical skills and product knowledge
Ability to manage budgets, returns, and promotional expenses against sales targets
Collaborative mindset to work closely with Procurement and Warehouse Operations
