Reporting to the Supplier & Partner Performance Manager, you will be part of a small team that is responsible for developing and managing high-quality, cost-effective supply processes for our customers and AA Insurance.

Your excellent communication and relationship skills will help build and maintain sustainable relationships with our suppliers through regular visits and reporting.

With your industry expertise you will be best placed to identify opportunities to improve performance ensuring a low cost and exceptional service outcome.

Other responsibilities will include :

Identify, assess, and implement solutions to enhance service levels and achieve cost effective savings through regular reporting and auditing

Establishing and maintaining partnerships with new and existing suppliers

Partnering with our suppliers and monitoring their performance ensuring a one team approach to delivering customer outcomes.

Develop and maintain effective relationships with appropriate industry related authorities and professional bodies to ensure we are kept up to date with industry regulations and health & safety.

To shine in the role :

Energy, passion, and a real desire to make a difference

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (both written & verbal)

Trade qualified and / or extensive industry experience is essential

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Current Driver's License is essential
