We're now looking for a Café Supervisor for our Cambridge Village who shares our love for people, hospitality, and quality service.ResponsibilitiesLeading the daily operations of the café and reconciling the daily takingsTraining and mentoring a small teamPreparing, presenting, and serving food and drinks to a high standardProviding outstanding barista servicesAssisting with catering for village events and resident functionsYou'll work closely with the Chef Manager, and wider village team to deliver a café experience that's welcoming, consistent, and genuinely enjoyable.HoursTuesday - Saturday 8am-4pm (40 hours a week)QualificationsPrevious experience running daily operations in a café or hospitality businessExperience leading a team is idealSuperb barista skillsA warm, friendly personality with great customer service skillsExcellent communication and the ability to multitaskAdditional InformationWhen you're part of the Summerset team, you belong to a place where your work has real impact, who you are is fully embraced and where your career flourishes.
