Medication management.Exceptional communication skills.Strong computer literacy and confidence with digital health tools.Our service runs seven days a week, so flexibility to work weekends, afternoons, and on-call shifts is essential.You are a Registered Nurse who thrives in the community setting, delivering high-quality, compassionate care with autonomy and confidence.
You enjoy variety, embrace new challenges, and are committed to improving the lives of those you care for.To succeed in this role, you will have : A current Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
The ability to build strong relationships with clients and whanau from all walks of life.A genuine enthusiasm for variety - no two days are the same!
