As an Access Community Registered Nurse, you will deliver essential healthcare services, develop and oversee personalized support plans, and mentor support workers to ensure high standards of care.
You will work alongside registered health professionals to achieve the best outcomes for clients.Qualifications and Experience : Registered nurse with a current practicing certificate.Experience in long-term conditions, aged residential care, or medical nursing is highly desirable.Strong team player with the ability to build professional relationships within the community.Ability to plan and organize caseloads effectively, establish priorities, and meet deadlines in a demanding, client-focused environment.
