About the Role
We are seeking a capable, community-minded Manager to lead the daily operations of DCS. This is a hands‑on role that combines people leadership, operational management, strategic planning, and community engagement.
Reporting to the Board, you’ll provide supportive and forward‑thinking leadership to staff, ensuring services run smoothly, finances are well managed, and DCS’s values of inclusion, respect, and empowerment are upheld. You’ll also play a key role in identifying opportunities for improvement, innovation, and growth while empowering your team to achieve shared goals.
