Branch Supervisor (Full-Time)

As Branch Supervisor, you will assist the Branch Manager with supervision of all operational functions.Locations in both Hokitika and GreymouthPeople Leadership rolePeople focused companyAs we operate 7 days a week, from 08.00 - 18.30 in this position you will need to work a 2 week rotating roster (40 hours per week).

The shift we are looking to fill is as follows : Week 1Monday - 0800 - 1700Tuesday - 0800 - 1700Friday - 0930 - 1700Saturday - 0830 - 1700Sunday - 0830 - 1700Week 2Monday - 0800 - 1830Wednesday - 0800 - 1830Thursday - 0800 - 1830Friday - 0800 - 1830About the RoleYou will ensure our customers have a positive experience by providing a superior level of customer service processing rental transactions, and ensuring we have vehicles groomed and readily available for our customers at our counters.Further to the above you will coordinate the daily activities of the team and where needed, train, coach and direct the team in their duties.

Noncompliance with established policies and procedures must be reported to management.

You will also assist Manager with preparing shift schedules and reports.To be successful in this role you will needPrevious managerial and / or leadership experience with proven experience in coaching and developing team members, delivering feedback, and managing performance of team members (highly advantageous but not essential).
