Job Summary

The Financial Risk Manager will be responsible for identifying, analysing, and managingfinancial and operational risks associated with the company's remittance and foreignexchange operations.

This role requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail,and a deep understanding of financial compliance and risk frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor risk management frameworks and internal controlsystems.

Conduct regular risk assessments for remittance, FX, and investment operations.

Analyse financial performance and exposure to identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with AML / CFT, FMA, and RBNZ regulations.

Prepare periodic risk reports and advise management on risk appetite and capitaladequacy.

Work closely with compliance, finance, and audit teams to strengthen governanceprocesses.

Provide training to staff on risk awareness and compliance requirements.

Job requirement : applicant must meet following requirement to apply for this job

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related disciplines.

Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in financial risk management, banking, orforeign exchange.

Strong knowledge of risk assessment models, financial instruments, and complianceregulations.

Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is essential.
