The Electricity Engineers’ Association (EEA) connects and supports New Zealand’s electricity industry — from generation to the consumer gate. As the sector transforms, the EEA is stepping up to lead with innovation, collaboration and fresh ideas.

We’re looking for a Programme Coordination & Insights Analyst to help drive industry programmes, connect people, and share insights that power change.

This is a technical role suited to someone with strong analytical skills, exceptional writing skills, a head for detail, and the character to bring people along for the journey. You’ll be part of a small, high-impact team with big ambitions, coupled with a clear pathway for career development.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate projects, committees and events that keep the industry connected and moving forward
• Research and write technical reports, guidelines and submissions with subject matter experts, learning the technical side from them
• Track progress, manage timelines and keep programmes on target
• Lead the Young EEA programme, bringing together the next generation of energy professionals
• Dive into data, research and trends to deliver insights that spark new ideas
